Course content can be adapted to your specific needs, on an individual or team basis. Content includes preparation, negotiation styles, negotiation outcomes, problem-solving, questioning and listening skills, making and managing concessions. Courses can be given in English or Portuguese, and focus on skills development, as well as include a language training component.
