Learn the fundamentals of important negotiation strategies, techniques and practical skills to maximise your negotiation abilities. Course content can be adapted to your specific needs, on an individual or team basis. Content includes preparation, negotiation styles, negotiation outcomes, problem-solving, questioning and listening skills, making and managing concessions. Courses can be given in English or Portuguese, and focus on skills development, as well as include a language training component.
